Did not help
This is my second order; I mix it with my coffee in the hopes of losing weight in the morning. Unfortunately, after taking this, I consistently experience stomachaches that last until lunch. Even when I reduced the amount, the issue persisted. Sadly, it didn’t benefit me at all.
